Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Century 21.
Executive Assistant
It was pretty straightforward, no tricks. If they think you can do the job, they gave you a chance. It was essentially 2 rounds: first HR, then the hiring executive. Got an offer shortly after the second round.
- Can you walk me through your resume and explain any employment gaps?
Administrative Assistant
I interviewed with the hiring manager and two office assistants. It seemed to go okay, but I didn't get that 'warm fuzzy feeling' about it.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Administrative Assistant
I sent in my application via craigslist. The very next day, I went in to follow up. The manager mentioned she hadn't had a chance to review applications yet, but since I was there, she set up an interview for the following day. I met with her and someone from HR. As I was heading home after the interview, she called to offer me the job, saying I would start on Monday!
- Are you able to deal with real estate agents who can be rude and act like preschoolers?
