The super day consisted of technical and behavioral interviews, along with two conversational rounds to assess thinking and experience.

it was a pretty standard process, i had to network to get the first round, which consisted of tech and behavioral questions. the second round was purely technical. nothing out of the ordinary in terms of behaviors and technicals, it was straight from the guide.

So there were 2 rounds. The first was with an analyst, lasted about 30 minutes, and done over Visio. Then there was a superday, which was basically 3 interviews back-to-back with some senior folks - analysts, associates, and a Principal. Each interview had 3 interviewers, and they were supposed to focus on different things like valuation methods or accounting, but honestly, they all ended up covering both fit and technical stuff.

Centerview Partners has a two-round interview process. Round one has two 30-minute interviews with an Analyst and Associate, focusing on your resume, experiences, teamwork, and some basic finance/valuation questions.
