So there were 2 rounds. The first was with an analyst, lasted about 30 minutes, and done over Visio. Then there was a superday, which was basically 3 interviews back-to-back with some senior folks - analysts, associates, and a Principal. Each interview had 3 interviewers, and they were supposed to focus on different things like valuation methods or accounting, but honestly, they all ended up covering both fit and technical stuff.

Centerview Partners has a two-round interview process. Round one has two 30-minute interviews with an Analyst and Associate, focusing on your resume, experiences, teamwork, and some basic finance/valuation questions. Round two also has two 30-minute interviews, this time with an Associate and an MD, still covering behavioral and basic technical topics to see if you fit the company culture and could grow there.
