It wasn't too bad. Basic knowledge, but make sure you try to make a lasting impression on the recruiters. I met with them for my interview online, and it didn't last too long, maybe 20-30 min tops. Basic behavioral questions, but this was also an internship. Didn't get an offer, but they're pretty chill about their selection process and gave me updates, great communication, and they're super chill. At the end of the day, I think I just wasn't what they were looking for, and that's fine. Good luck to those interviewing with them.

The interview is a panel format, meaning multiple interviewers at once. Each interviewer represents a strategic role, such as the HR lead, the direct manager for the position, and a leader from another area that has synergy with this role. Instead of feeling insecure, the conditions allow you to express yourself calmly and answer each of the questions.

There was a lot of inattention from the interviewers, they asked inappropriate questions and there was a lack of follow-up. First, there was confusion from the initial contact, they mixed up my name and the position I applied for, and they were already sending me to another state for the interview. Second, the interviewers didn't show up at the agreed time. Third, the interview started with one employee and halfway through another employee arrived, so the information had to be repeated. Fourth, there was ghosting after the interview, everyone disappeared and left all the work to the bot after 3 months. My recommendation: if you are from the state of Nuevo León and did not study at 'Tecnológico de Monterrey', don't even start the process with this company, as they are only fixated on students and graduates from Tecnológico de Monterrey. The disappointment of thinking this was a good company fell upon me with the bad treatment I received, they are missing out. I hope more applicants read my recommendation and the company only goes to job fairs at Tec because they only look for employees who graduated from there.

The interview was really tough for me. As someone who isn't a native English speaker, I have a hard time understanding conversations, especially with strong accents. The interviewer had a really thick accent and spoke super fast, which made it difficult to follow along. I tried my best to keep up and answer, but the language barrier and speed made it a struggle. I feel like I could have done better if things were clearer and slower. It really showed me how important it is to communicate clearly and considerately, especially in places with lots of different languages.
