Intern
It wasn't too bad. Basic knowledge, but make sure you try to make a lasting impression on the recruiters. I met with them for my interview online, and it didn't last too long, maybe 20-30 min tops. Basic behavioral questions, but this was also an internship. Didn't get an offer, but they're pretty chill about their selection process and gave me updates, great communication, and they're super chill. At the end of the day, I think I just wasn't what they were looking for, and that's fine. Good luck to those interviewing with them.

Intern
Me contactaron por mi número de celular personal que está en mi CV. Tuve dos entrevistas, la primera fue con alguien del área, más informal, y la segunda con la gerente del área. Ambas fueron online y forman parte de la primera fase.

Intern
The interview process kicked off with a phone screening, but sadly, it didn't go as well as I'd hoped. I replied quickly with my availability, but then there was zero follow-up to confirm the time or send a meeting link, which made things unnecessarily confusing. When the screening finally happened, the conversation felt really disengaged and impersonal. The HR person seemed uninterested, which made the whole experience worse. After the call, I got a generic interview prep guide. It was nice they sent it, but the info was too general and not really helpful for this specific job. They said there would be about three to four more interview rounds, with the last one being an in-person visit to the facility. While I appreciated them being upfront about the process, the unprofessionalism in the first interaction made me question their candidate experience and how they handle communication.
- Can you share your background and explain your interest in Cemex?
