Manager
The interview process was quick, with two interviews leading directly to an offer. It was an on-site role, with no remote possibilities. The team was small, but everyone seemed experienced. I first spoke with HR, then the hiring manager.
- Tell me about your experience in this field.
- Are you comfortable with working on-site?
Manager
The interaction was good, they clearly explained the role and what was expected. They focused on getting to know me and having me share examples from my professional background. They were punctual, friendly, and respectful throughout.
- Can you share an instance where you implemented continuous improvement?
Lab Manager
I got there a little before time. The receptionist let me in and I told them who I was. Then they directed me to the Regional Manager's office. I went in, introduced myself, and we started the interview. He asked about my previous job and the reason I left. I explained I was laid off due to the economy. Then we reviewed my certifications and he gave me a math test. After that, I had some paperwork to complete. He then made me an offer, but I couldn't accept it, so I declined the job.
- Could you explain any issues you encountered with your license?
- Why did you have a problem with your license?
