It was a really informative and detailed interview. They asked some good questions and we had a great conversation. We covered a lot of information about the job, locations, and schedules. I'm looking forward to the in-person part of the interview.

Recruiter rescheduled for 5 days later instead of passing me along to someone else... then starts asking me all these BS open-ended questions like what you might get from a hiring manager. What that told me was that if they were willing to waste my time at that level, you know, with information that's never going to get passed on to the people that I'm going to work for, I mean God knows what kind of BS I'll have to put up with once I start working there. I read on here that they once had another analyst give up their references before even getting a job offer, and they pinged the references and then didn't even offer the guy. This does not feel like a real company this looks like nonsense garbage.

First, there was an online interview with pre-recorded questions, about 10 of them. You have to record your answers with a microphone. If they like your responses, you then have an interview with a recruiter. This interview was about an hour long and done virtually on Microsoft Teams. They said that only 1 out of 55 applicants get hired.

I was selected for a pre-recorded screening and then moved forward to an in-person interview with the National Recruiting Director. I scheduled my interview through Calendly but the RD didn't include the correct time zone. He acknowledged it was his error and said he would reschedule me for a specific date and time. However, when I showed up for my scheduled interview, another team member informed me that the RD was interviewing someone else during my confirmed time slot. I waited for an hour while he finished, which I found highly unprofessional given his experience. After being ghosted for two weeks, I'm providing this feedback.
