The interview went really well. It was super informative and they were really open about everything. I felt like I learned way more than I knew before going in. The interview was really direct and got straight to the point. The person interviewing me was very professional and had proof for everything they said.

It was a really informative and detailed interview. They asked some good questions and we had a great conversation. We covered a lot of information about the job, locations, and schedules. I'm looking forward to the in-person part of the interview.

The interview process has a few steps: First, a phone call interview where the recruiter asks you questions to get to know you better. If you pass this, you'll get a personality test. This is a pretty long test that asks about your personality and what you like. The company uses it to see if your personality fits with the team you'd be working with. After that, there's a video recording interview where you'll get a link to record yourself answering questions as if a customer were asking them. This is your chance to show off your sales skills. Finally, if you pass all of that, you'll have an interview with a manager to talk about the company's goals and your goals. That's when they decide to hire you.
