The hiring process is set up to check how well you can talk, help customers, and fit into a contact centre. You start with an online form or by showing up, then recruiters check if you're available, have the right experience, and how you talk. If you pass that, you do tests for English, typing, computer skills, and how you'd handle customer service situations. After that, there's a group interview to see how you work with others. People who do well in that get a one-on-one with the hiring manager. If you fit a campaign, they'll do checks on your background and compliance before offering you the job. Finally, there's training and a nesting period to get hands-on experience before you officially start.

The interview was about 30 minutes to an hour. We talked about my background, why I want this job, and when I can work. They also asked questions to see how I handle problems and especially about situations I might face or how I've acted in the past. I was nervous but also really looking forward to interviewing for such a great campaign. The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable, and I could ask them questions too.

So, the interview usually kicks off with them telling you about the company and the job. Then, you'll introduce yourself and chat about your past work, especially if you've done customer service. They're gonna test your communication and problem-solving skills with questions like how you dealt with angry customers. You might even do some role-playing, acting like you're on a real call to show you can stay cool and fix things. They'll also ask if you know about their stuff and if you're good with computers and call systems. They'll be watching how you talk and listen. They'll also go over the hours, shifts, and training. Lastly, you get to ask them stuff about the job and the company.
