Customer Service Representative
So, the interview process here has a few steps. It starts with an initial screening, then a phone or video interview. After that, there's a technical assessment, followed by an in-person interview. They also do a panel interview. Then they check references. It's a multi-stage process to see if you're a good fit and how you handle skills development. I'm waiting to hear back after the in-person interview.
- What makes you interesting?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was about 30 minutes to an hour. We talked about my background, why I want this job, and when I can work. They also asked questions to see how I handle problems and especially about situations I might face or how I've acted in the past. I was nervous but also really looking forward to interviewing for such a great campaign. The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable, and I could ask them questions too.
- Can you tell us about your background?
- What motivates you to apply for this role?
- What is your availability like?
Customer Service Representative
It was a complicated and tedious process, requiring a lot. There were many interview stages. The interview happened in a pool, which made it hard to explain things well.
- Can you tell me about your past jobs?
- How would you rate your English skills?
- What's your typing speed?
