First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CCI.
Call Center Agent
So, the interview usually kicks off with them telling you about the company and the job. Then, you'll introduce yourself and chat about your past work, especially if you've done customer service. They're gonna test your communication and problem-solving skills with questions like how you dealt with angry customers. You might even do some role-playing, acting like you're on a real call to show you can stay cool and fix things. They'll also ask if you know about their stuff and if you're good with computers and call systems. They'll be watching how you talk and listen. They'll also go over the hours, shifts, and training. Lastly, you get to ask them stuff about the job and the company.
- Tell me about your personal life, what you like to do, your education, and your skills.
- What are your hobbies and interests, what did you study, and what skills do you have?
Call Center Agent
The interview process was pretty fair, though they could improve on time management or at least let candidates know about potential delays in advance. The interviewers were nice and explained what they were looking for.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What makes you a good candidate for this position?
- Can you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
Call Center Agent
The process is good, it gives people a chance to present themselves and give the idea of "people buy people first". The fact that they already state what they want before they start the process of interviewing makes people ready with or without the experience.
- Why are you the right candidate for this role?
