Data Scientist
I had a first technical interview, then saw the technical project. Didn't have time to complete it because of work, and wasn't that excited by the probable offer, so I just left it there. I think there would've been a follow-up call, followed probably by more of a culture fit interview. The first interviewer was very decent, had a good discussion, and seemed very reasonable and considerate.

Machine Learning Engineer
The hiring process had three main steps. First, an interview with HR. Second, an interview with the Team Lead. Third, what they called 'Day 0'. Day 0 was pretty intense, with a 3-hour technical assessment that focused mainly on coding but also touched on machine learning. After that, there were three 30-minute tech interviews and a final 30-minute cultural interview. The interviews were mostly chill, except for one where they really went deep into the math behind machine learning concepts.

- What are the concepts of time series data and how do you handle filling NA values?

VP Marketing
This was the worst interview experience I've had in over 12 years. The process involved talking to recruitment, the Chief of Staff, a fractional CMO from the VC, completing an assignment, and a final stage with the CEO/Founder. I did a big assignment for free, which included creating a full marketing assessment, strategy, and hiring team needs. After all that, I was completely ghosted after my final interview with the CEO. It's totally unacceptable given the time and expertise I invested, and honestly, I'm glad I didn't join because I can only imagine how they treat their employees. They should at least get back with feedback for all candidates and appreciate everyone's time.
- Could you provide a marketing assessment for the current business, develop a marketing strategy, and specify the hiring team requirements?
Data Scientist
The interview process was surprisingly terrible, with the company rescinding a 4th round invitation just a day before, after I had already taken time off work. The reasons given were vague and contradictory, including salary expectations, lack of specific experience, or the role no longer existing. All this information was present in my application, suggesting a CV screening failure. This wasted my time on preliminary interviews and a lengthy technical assessment over several weeks. There was also a lack of transparency regarding the process, such as the total number of rounds (estimated at 5) and the identities of decision-makers. The significant time commitment for some interviews, especially for a company of its size and stage, seemed unwarranted.
