It was a great experience. Start-ups give you a better experience than a proper company. Enjoyed my time there as a part-time trainee. Interesting, very well organized. They knew I was a trainee so they didn’t ask me very tough questions. Everyone was there to learn.

It was 2 interviews, each about 30 minutes. The first was with the recruiter, and the second one included both the recruiter and the hiring manager. The interview was very direct and focused a lot on ABM. Both interviewers were nice, but I didn't get the role, likely due to the competition or hiring fit. A negative point was that after following up for feedback on my interview and application, I was ghosted and haven't heard back since.

The interview process is informal, with three steps if you make it all the way through. First, there's a technical interview with a couple of their developers. Then, you'll have an interview with two of their team managers. Finally, there's an interview with their partners. It felt like a cool place to work, and everyone seemed to say good things about each other and their partners. They were laid back and seemed more interested in getting to know you and seeing if you're a good fit. It seemed like they had to find interviewers, and the managers seemed a bit disorganized and unprepared. It would have been better if they introduced themselves properly since I had no idea who I was talking to until near the end.

Started with a screening call from the recruiter. Then had an initial call with the VP of Sales focused on culture fit. After that, a secondary call with the VP of Sales to discuss situational aspects. Followed by a call with the President, which was a sanity check and also focused on culture fit. Finally, had a team call with some of the current AM team members, again focusing on culture fit.
