IT Analyst
It was a great experience. Start-ups give you a better experience than a proper company. Enjoyed my time there as a part-time trainee. Interesting, very well organized. They knew I was a trainee so they didn’t ask me very tough questions. Everyone was there to learn.
- Regarding the gap in your CV, what were you doing during that period?
Business Analyst
The interview process started with a casual chat with a VP, which went really well. Then I had a meeting scheduled with another VP, but they didn't show up. So, I ended up talking to the same VP again, and they didn't have any new questions. After that, I was supposed to take a personality test called Caliper, and they sent me a link for it. The third meeting was with the same VP again to go over the test results. They decided not to proceed based solely on the test results, which really surprised me. The test flagged my introversion as 'not customer friendly,' even though I've had customer-facing roles before and after that. During this third meeting, the VP just made general comments about the test results while I tried to explain my actual experience. It was a really bad experience, and honestly, I'm glad I didn't get the job. I definitely wouldn't recommend i-Sight.
- The Caliper personality test is unreliable and might exclude good candidates.

HR reached out via a general email. The process had three main parts, ending with a "day on the job" simulation. They kept me updated the whole time. Everyone was nice and it felt very organized.
- Can you describe a situation you've encountered and how you handled it?
- Tell me about your experience with MS Office.
- How would you approach a specific scenario?
