Behavioral Other

It started with a video recruiter screen to check my fit. Then, I had a video interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a video interview with the head of HR and another one with the CFO. So, I met 4 people virtually. Then, they asked me to come in person for an interview with 3 more people, but separately. That was the last round. I didn't get an offer after meeting 7 people in total. The whole process took about 2 weeks.

Behavioral Technical

Had 4 calls in total, split across 2 rounds. The interviews were half behavioral and half technical. The first round was with analysts, and the second round was with associates. It wasn't overly complex, with a lot of questions about culture fit, why middle-market, and specific things about the firm.

Had two phone call screens, then a quasi-superday with 3-4 back-to-back 30 min interviews at the office. It was a very technical interview so make sure to be brushed up on IB technical interview questions and accounting knowledge.

  • Could you share the last book you read?
