Got approached by an external headhunter, did a short interview with their company, then another short one with them. First onsite interview was with a panel. Took online IQ, personality, and situational tests. Second onsite interview also with a panel, where they reviewed my test results. Third interview was a walkaround the site. Got an offer and did some negotiation. Hiring.
