Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Carlsberg Group.
Intern
The interview experience was good, and they were kind and understanding. They asked basic things from my CV and questions about how I'd fit into their culture. I would recommend applying there.
- Tell me about your experience with brewing.
IT Intern
It was a chill and smooth interview process, with two rounds. The first round was with the line manager, and the second was with HR. They didn't ask any technical questions, mostly experience-based ones. It was a good way to learn more about the job and the company.
- Can you introduce yourself and outline your career aspirations?
Internal Communications Executive
One face-to-face interview with HR and the hiring manager. You'll need to do a competency test and a challenging math test online. They'll also ask you to prepare a presentation showing off your online and offline skills. They provide materials, but don't ask about the company itself. No feedback is given post-interview, and rejections are sent out via uncoordinated, generic emails. Salary details were never discussed. On the bright side, they only ask 4 questions.
- Can you share an experience of a change that occurred and how it impacted you?
