It was pretty standard. The hiring manager was a little late for our call, maybe 10 minutes. They asked a lot about customer service, motivation, and how I handle tough stuff. Total of 3 interviews. I got the offer pretty fast. The CEO interviews everyone at the end. She had some other team members in her office with her on camera when I talked to her.

It was a very hands-on and personal experience, not just with the team lead, but the entire recruitment team. They prepped me individually for multiple positions. They overhauled my resume and presented a lot of job interview opportunities in many different industries.

The recruiter reached out about open roles, but scheduling was a real pain. I had two attempts to meet with them: the first was an hour earlier than stated, and the second was 30 minutes later. When I tried to clarify the first issue, I didn't hear back for weeks! Finally, we were able to connect, but the recruiter was 5 minutes late without saying anything and just confirmed they didn't have any matching roles.
