Pretty standard data analyst intern interview, nothing too crazy. Just gotta be comfortable with systems, SQL, and regular problem solving. Since it's a manufacturer, you can expect some cool challenges and you'll need to be okay with thinking outside the box.

I interviewed with them a bunch of times, spaced out over a year, and they basically kept me hanging on, only to reject me for a really silly, old-fashioned reason. This job has been posted and reposted by them for the last two and a half years straight. Their turnover rate for this specific role is really bad, which is a major warning sign for anyone looking for a new gig.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got a call from a recruiter first. Then had a long initial phone screen, over 60 minutes. After that, I met with the EVP of HR for over 60 minutes. Then, a 60-minute meeting with the EVP of Sales. Next up was a 60+ minute meeting with the EVP of Corporate Sales. During this fourth interview, they asked me what my title would be if I got the job, which felt like they were over-titled and uninformed. The meeting felt like a consulting session because the principal took notes on my growth strategies. I think companies that promote based on relationships instead of skills will fail to meet their goals. In the end, I was ghosted. #wow

Look over the links the recruiter shares or check out the company website. I went through 4 interviews (they were basically chats) and got an offer in less than two weeks! Make sure you take notes and remember their key points for the next interviews. Have your own questions ready and turn the tables to interview them.
