Cambria Marketing Interview Questions
& Process

I applied for the Marketing Representative position at Cambria via LinkedIn. The territory rep contacted me about two weeks later to set up an interview. It was a relaxed and friendly conversation and I felt like it went well. I was told I'd hear back in about two weeks about a second interview. After two weeks with no word, I called and got no response. A week after that, I sent an email. The territory rep responded to say the hiring process was paused and he'd let me know when they were ready to hire again. I checked in a month later via email and got no response. I found out through others that someone had been hired. I'm disappointed I didn't get the job, but more so by the lack of communication and honesty from Cambria. A simple note saying 'Thanks for your interest, but we went with someone else' would have been appreciated.

I had an initial phone screen, then 2 in-person interviews. They seemed really interested, even talking about who I would manage if I got the role. But then, they ghosted me. I reached out several times, and they just kept saying they hadn't decided but still liked me. It took over two months before I finally accepted they wouldn't even let me know I didn't get it. Just a heads up, don't fall for them seeming to promise you things in an interview if they don't follow through.

I applied and had an Interview with the recruiter 1 week after and then couple days later, I interviewed with the district manager. Fairly straight forward interview. Company seems to be growing and moving fast.
