Applied through LinkedIn and got an email for an interview 2 days later. Had a zoom interview with the recruiter, mostly just gathering info and talking about the company. A week later, had a zoom interview with the regional sales manager, who seemed like he was looking for a way out. Both interviews felt like they were talking at me, and they wanted someone to hype them up.
