The interview process was quite lengthy, involving several rounds of interviews and subsequent follow-ups. Unfortunately, the HR team seemed unresponsive, which led to a frustrating experience for both myself and the CAI employees involved. It felt like a significant waste of everyone's time.

The interview process was really well organized and moved quickly. It started when I met some people from the company at a career fair at Mass Maritime, and I then set up interviews from there. The people interviewing me were pros and really easy to talk to. They did a good job telling me about the company and the job, and they also asked me good questions about what I know. All in all, I thought the interview process was done well.

Technical Behavioral

It was a standard interview process with three interviews. First, a phone screen with Talent Acquisition, then a technical interview with the Client Manager, and finally a behavioral interview with the Regional Manager. The whole thing took about a month from when I applied. They were looking for someone with pharma experience, especially with West Coast clients. A week later, they said they picked someone else. It was a bit odd, but everyone was nice. I asked for feedback but never got it.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring process for this role had three main stages, plus a small design task. It all wrapped up in about three weeks from when I applied to when I got the offer. It started with a quick 20-minute chat with a recruiter, which was set up about 4 days after I submitted my online application. About a week after that, I had a 45-minute video interview with the hiring manager. In that meeting, I talked about my background and asked about how the team works and what the job involves. The manager also asked about my people skills and what I can do outside of what's in my portfolio. Later that same day, I heard back and was told I'd be moving on to the next step: a short design assignment where I had to create a full-page branded ad. I got this done in two days since I didn't have much else going on. The final step was a scheduled 45-minute presentation/video call. I showed off my ad and explained my design choices and reasoning to the hiring manager and three other team members. Three days later, they called me with a job offer.
