The interview process was quite lengthy, involving several rounds of interviews and subsequent follow-ups. Unfortunately, the HR team seemed unresponsive, which led to a frustrating experience for both myself and the CAI employees involved. It felt like a significant waste of everyone's time.

I had a phone interview that was about 50 minutes long. A couple weeks after that, I got another phone call asking me to come in for a second interview, which was in person. They flew me out to Indianapolis for less than 24 hours for the second interview. The second interview was with 3 CAI employees, 2 of whom were regional managers. After the interview, they flew me back. I didn't hear back from CAI even though I tried to contact them several times after the interview.

Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and the interview process took 3 weeks. My first interview was technical and it was set up within a week. The next week, I had a behavioral round with a Director and my last interview was later that week with a VP. Everyone was easy to talk to and the interviews were enjoyable. John Przybylek, my recruiter, made the whole process effortless and really made me feel valued.
