It was a very unprofessional hiring process. The salary was initially 6 LPA but then changed to 4.5 LPA after the interviews. About 120 people were called for campus placements after an OA. Out of the 89 who showed up, a GD round was held. We were split into groups of 10, and 3 were selected from each subgroup, totaling 29 shortlisted candidates. Around 10-15 people were interviewed. The company then announced they had found the required number of candidates and asked the rest to leave. Only 2 people were selected, raising the question of why 120 people were initially invited for the GD. The salary discrepancy was a major issue.

The interview process started with an online test covering general aptitude multiple choice questions, followed by a group discussion. Then there were some questions about my python projects and sql, rdbms knowledge. After that, I had an HR round, followed by a managerial round which involved case studies. Then another managerial round with case studies where I had to provide solutions to problem statements.

Behavioral

I got a call from the HR at the Mumbai office about an HR role at Course 5i. It was a virtual interview and the first round was with the Head of the department. The interview was short and ended abruptly. After I followed up multiple times via calls and emails for feedback, they didn't even bother to give me any. I'd suggest fixing your recruitment process and at least having the basic courtesy to provide feedback to candidates who prepare for your interviews.

  • Can you describe your approach to facilitating training sessions?
