It all started with an online exam, then we had a Group Discussion which covered very general topics like the finance minister of Coimbatore. Candidates who passed the group discussion were then called for an interview.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was a technical online test, and only 24 of us made it to the next rounds. After that, we had two technical interviews and one HR interview, followed by a face-to-face meeting. The HR person asked basic questions, and the technical team focused on my resume. They were looking at my communication skills and how well I'd fit into a business intelligence role. I had to give a 3-minute presentation on a topic and answer typical interview questions. I was also asked to discuss a dashboard and analyze a graph. It went well, and they ended up selecting only 5 out of the 24 students.
