Applications Developer
It was a very unprofessional hiring process. The salary was initially 6 LPA but then changed to 4.5 LPA after the interviews. About 120 people were called for campus placements after an OA. Out of the 89 who showed up, a GD round was held. We were split into groups of 10, and 3 were selected from each subgroup, totaling 29 shortlisted candidates. Around 10-15 people were interviewed. The company then announced they had found the required number of candidates and asked the rest to leave. Only 2 people were selected, raising the question of why 120 people were initially invited for the GD. The salary discrepancy was a major issue.

Software Engineer
It was campus pool. I had an aptitude test based on Java and HTML; for others, it may be different. After that, I had an HR round over the call. Then a technical round at their office (face-to-face), in my case, it was in Bengaluru. The main thing they focus on is your projects, so be ready with your projects, and technically, it will mainly be Java, SQL, and whatever you have added to your resume. The interviewers are friendly and will help you out. If you don't know the answer, just say you can't recall; it's fine. Whatever you have added to your resume is most important; go through the basics of it. The final round will be a managerial round. It's not a difficult one but also not easy, so (projects, resume, basics) that's it. Thank you, all the best.
- Can you write Java code to find duplicate elements in an array?
- Provide a real-time example of an inheritance program.
- Can you explain how you would connect to JDBC?
Software Development Engineer
The interview process started with an online assessment that included aptitude and technical questions. This was followed by a first technical interview focusing on Java, Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), and my resume. The subsequent round was also a technical interview.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you explain DSA concepts?
- Can you explain Java concepts?
