Operations Coordinator
The interview process was pretty fast. I talked to the recruiter first, and then about two weeks later, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. I got an offer before a month was even up.

I had 3 rounds in total. First was an initial HR selection, asking basic qualification questions related to the job description. Second was with an HR manager for a basic screen, focusing on the technical experience needed for the role. The third and final round was with the hiring manager, and it involved technical questions.
- Describe how you would construct an ML model for churn prediction.
Market Manager
They do this interview several different ways. Sometimes they will have the Director of Retail Development, Sr. VP of HR and the Sr. VP of Sales in the room all together and sometimes they have them in different room and you will interview separately. I personally sat at a round table with all present. The Sr. VP of HR seemed to ask most of the questions with others took notes and referred back to some of my answers.

Software Developer
The interview process was pretty standard. I was contacted by a recruiter and then got an interview. It seemed to go well until they did a credit check. Apparently, I had too much debt for them to hire me. It's a bit strange to make a hiring decision based on debt after going through the whole process, makes me question if that's a good place to work. I saw another review mentioning this, and it's definitely true.
- They gave me a traditional paper test with technical questions.
