First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BWS Stores.
Retail Assistant
So basically, I had to record a video of myself answering some questions. The store manager watched it. I didn't talk to anyone until they offered me the job. It was pretty standard retail stuff, but they really cared about responsible alcohol service.
- What are your favorite drinks?
Customer Service Assistant
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview, just a couple of questions, though they seemed to come up with them on the spot. The two people interviewing me made it a bit awkward, but overall, it wasn't too bad.
- What would you do if a customer intended to steal a product?
Team Member
