So basically, I had to record a video of myself answering some questions. The store manager watched it. I didn't talk to anyone until they offered me the job. It was pretty standard retail stuff, but they really cared about responsible alcohol service.

It was a really simple interview process. They asked some basic questions about how you'd handle tough situations, like dealing with customers who were drunk or didn't have ID. It was more about finding out when I could work and what I was looking for.
