Ghosted after four in-person interviews over 2 days (totaling about 3-4 hours not including the commute). Bizarre behavior from a company that was initially very communicative and then went off the radar completely. Met 6 people from the company including the VP, HR, various team leads and all the interviews seemed to go really well. They were intensive interviews and one of the days was just 3 hours of back-to-back conversations that all ran past the allocated time frame. I was excited to work there after the last interview and HR even followed up with me saying the response was positive and I should expect an update within the week. Then, radio silence. Didn’t answer my follow up email or call and haven’t heard anything since. Deeply disappointed with the whole experience. They’ve just reposted the job on Indeed without any communication.

The interview process was mostly virtual with three rounds, but one was onsite. The onsite felt like a formality rather than a genuine fit check. The first round involved reading top 10 interview questions from a script with no follow-ups or depth, and the job description was apparently recycled. The recruiter was good, though. The second round, which was supposed to be virtual, had connection issues where no one showed up initially, and it was implied it was my fault. The third round onsite was disorganized with incorrect directions, leading to confusion navigating a large warehouse. I arrived a bit late due to these issues, and the manager made a comment about it in front of the panel. The team seemed friendly but focused on non-analytics topics like my ice cream preferences, and key details about compensation and benefits were unclear, with the scope of the role undefined. The overall impression was a reactive team rather than one focused on problem-solving, leading me to withdraw my application.

It started with a webcam screening with HR, but their internet was bad, so it became a phone call. Then I had a webcam interview with the team lead. He seemed a bit nervous and unprepared, but he really wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. The last part was an in-person panel interview with HR and some higher-ups. It felt very corporate and impersonal. They didn't really try to sell the job, just emphasized that they needed someone who could handle constant change. I sent a thank-you note after, but then they ghosted me.

I applied on a Tuesday night and heard back from the Talent Acquisition Team Wednesday morning. We scheduled an on-site interview for Thursday afternoon with the Warehouse Manager. The interview went for about 45 minutes, and he gave me his card if I had questions. I turned down the job offer because even though the pay ($21.50/hr), company, no weekends, and manager were good, the hours didn't work for me. It's a 2nd shift, 4-day work week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, starting at 4:00 pm. The Warehouse Manager mentioned they work until the job is done, averaging 1-2 hours of overtime daily. At that time, I couldn't commit to working from 4:00 pm until 3:30 am or 4:30 am.
