The interview process was pretty laid back. They asked questions like 'what gets you up in the morning' and other similar things. It wasn't too tough, which is pretty typical for an entry-level retail job. They also asked some stock-related questions. It was just a single stage process.

It was pretty disorganized. The interviewer was eating snacks right before we started and jumped straight into questions that weren't even related to the role. She claimed she didn't have my resume, even though I submitted it when I applied, and asked what job I applied for. Then, she told me that even though it's my religion to not work Sunday mornings, I wouldn't be able to take them off, despite others being available to cover and me being able to come in later. To top it off, she was talking about me to another employee behind my back, not knowing I was there until the employee pointed it out.

It started with one of the managers asking general questions to check out your personality, how likable you are, your personal traits, and how you interact with people. Then there was an online assessment with basic questions to make sure you're not a criminal or morally unfit for the job. The last part was the other manager asking more about your passions, hobbies, personal background, and then talking about your availability, what you expect to get paid, and the dress code. The whole thing took about 45 minutes.
