I missed the group interview, so they let me do a 1-on-1 instead. The first part was on the shop floor. They gave me a basket and 3 scenarios, and I had to pick a bear and/or outfits based on the questions. I really liked this part because I was left alone, so it gave me time to chill and get ready. It was also fun! The second part, they told me about the job (like if I could handle holiday pressure, difficult customers, and if I'm good with kids) and asked general questions, such as what experience I think would help me in the role. The third part was a computer-based integrity test with some basic questions like 'Is it okay to steal from your employer?' and some trickier ones at the end. I had the interview today, so no feedback yet, but I think I did well. Overall, it was a great experience and I felt pretty relaxed even though I was super nervous at first.

I dropped off my CV at the store one day and the shop assistants looked it over. They invited me to a group interview the next day. We waited in the store for about 10-15 minutes before the interview. During that time, I tried chatting with the other interviewees to seem confident, but the assistants and manageress were really busy. There were 6 of us in the interview, and it lasted about an hour and a half. Everyone dressed smart-casual, like black jeans/skirts with a smart top. About a week later, I got a voicemail asking me to call the shop. I thought it was good news, but they just told me I didn't get the job. This was my first interview so I wasn't surprised, but the process was simple and the group interview was less stressful than I thought. It was more of a relaxed discussion than an intense turn-taking meeting.
