It was a group interview with about 14 to 20 young women. It felt really awkward. We had to do group activities and I was given hints that I would get a call back, but I never heard from them. The very first thing they asked us to do was sing our favorite karaoke song, which was super awkward, and some good candidates apparently lost points just because of that.

It started with one of the managers asking general questions to check out your personality, how likable you are, your personal traits, and how you interact with people. Then there was an online assessment with basic questions to make sure you're not a criminal or morally unfit for the job. The last part was the other manager asking more about your passions, hobbies, personal background, and then talking about your availability, what you expect to get paid, and the dress code. The whole thing took about 45 minutes.

The interview process involved a creative task where I had to invent and present a story with a teddy bear. It was a bit awkward but not too difficult. I was also asked some general questions about working hours and similar topics. I ended up getting the job as a mini-job, which paid 420 Euros and worked out to about 9 Euros per hour.
