Account Manager
It's a three-stage interview process. The second and third interviews happen on the same day. The hiring manager interviewed me first. It was a short, 10-minute interview, and the manager spoke very quickly. It was a very brief interview with no difficult or tricky questions. One of the leaders took me to lunch and conducted the second interview. During this interview, I learned more about the company, which is a bit different from what I initially thought. The management training program is very appealing to me. I like the 'work hard, play hard' mentality, which resonates with me. I was asked many questions in this round, a few of which are listed below. The third interview followed immediately after the second one, once we returned to the office from the restaurant. It was a brief five-minute chat with the hiring manager. He asked me to give him a reason why he should offer me the job.
- How do you handle working under pressure?
- Are you more of a big-picture person or a detail-oriented person?
- What are three words that describe your character?
Sales Representative
The whole process had 3 rounds. The first round was a short face-to-face with the manager. The second round, also known as the lunch interview, lasted about 1.5 hours. We went out for lunch at a nearby restaurant. During lunch, the manager went over the business in more detail and explained the position more clearly to me. They wanted to make sure I fully understood the business and potential opportunity. I couldn’t be more excited after I figured this is the best place for me to start my career. The third interview was really short and simple, just a quick talk with the manager to give some feedback about the second interview and answer a few questions.
- Were there any specific goals that you wanted to reach within the next couple of years?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and got a call from the Admin a few days later. The Admin asked some questions to confirm my interest and explained the role. Then, she set up a preliminary interview with the manager, which was about 15 minutes. Later that day, the Admin called again to schedule a second interview. It was a lunch interview that lasted about 1.5 hours. They were really organized, kept me engaged, and asked detailed questions to assess my potential. I liked how they thoroughly explained career growth and opportunities within the company.
- What are your career aspirations for the next three to five years?
- What makes you a suitable candidate for Raseri Inc.?
Account Manager
It was a pretty chill interview, they really just wanted to get a feel for me and what kind of person I am. We had two interviews total: the first was over the phone, and then I went in person for the second. The last step was meeting with the location's manager. We actually went out to eat and just chatted about our lives and how we each got to where we are. However, they did mention there would be a quiz covering info they'd provide. The quiz wasn't hard if you just paid attention to the recruiter. This quiz is a requirement for passing the interview.
- Why should I hire you instead of another candidate?
- What differentiates you from other candidates?
- What kind of books do you enjoy reading?
