The interview process was short and they were looking to hire someone quick. I was weary after the first call and the second call was enough for me not to move forward.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process has 3 rounds. The first round is a quick face-to-face interview with the manager. The second interview is also called a lunch interview, and it lasts about one and a half hours. We went to a nearby restaurant for lunch, where the interviewer went over the business in more detail and explained the position more clearly, making sure I fully understood the business and potential opportunity. I was very excited after realizing this is the best place for me to start my career. The third interview is really short and simple, just a quick talk with the manager giving feedback about the second interview, and then answering a few questions.
