Learning and Development
I had a good experience with this company from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and clearly committed to delivering quality service. Everything was handled efficiently and with a high level of care. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how smoothly the entire process went. I would absolutely recommend them to others and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Software Engineer
This was the smoothest and most frictionless interview I’ve ever had. My recruiter was fantastic—responsive and engaged the whole time. They offered great interview guidance, the best I’ve ever received. Plus, they gave real, actionable feedback, not just generic comments. It’s a great experience even if you don’t get the job. I had a recruiter screening call and heard back in 2 days. Then I spoke with a Director of Engineering and got feedback quickly. Finally, I did a system design and coding interview and received results promptly.
- You will be given guidance for the system design and coding rounds, with more for the system design.
- The coding portion involved matrices and was considered Leetcode easy.
- Learn to quickly recognize numerical patterns.
Engineering Manager
Started with a recruiter screening call, then an interview with the CTO/Co-CEO. After that, a full day of panel interviews covering soft skills, values, systems design, and more. Each session was an hour long with standard questions. I liked that the interview panels had a good mix of new and long-term employees, giving me a solid understanding of the company's culture and future direction. On the downside, having 4 hours of interviews spread over two days was a bit exhausting. Maybe it would be good to ask candidates their preference on scheduling: one or two days?
- When faced with a will gap rather than a skill gap on your team, how have you motivated them? What's your approach to getting team members ready for a promotion?

Community Manager
The interview process started off with a no-show for the first appointment, but I decided to reschedule after they apologized and took responsibility. The recruiter was great, sharing a lot of information and asking insightful questions. However, the hiring manager interview was the complete opposite. She was rude, disorganized, and unfriendly. I tried to be pleasant, but it was difficult. She complained about being busy, yet seemed disengaged during our conversation, not even looking at the screen. Her questions felt like a test with right or wrong answers, which was strange for someone in a senior role. I also heard comments about the forum being built in Bubble, with the hiring manager expressing concern about it, comparing it to Discourse. I was initially excited about Bubble and the company's mission, and I believe in the potential of low-code/no-code. But this interview experience completely changed my perspective, making me realize I wouldn't want to work in that kind of environment. It's a shame when a company's goodwill is undermined by such an experience.
