It was a laid-back interview, more like a chat than an interrogation. There were plenty of chances to ask questions at the end, so definitely prepare some good ones. The team is approachable and will update you on the timeline or provide more info if you're interested.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied in early April through the company's website. After chasing recruiters on LinkedIn, I was put in touch with an external talent partner. We had a preliminary call to go over the role and what they were looking for. The next week, I got a link for a virtual interview where I had to record timed video responses. A couple weeks later, I had a Teams meeting with the hiring team. The management and staff were great, helpful, and honest. Another week after that, I had a final interview with upper management. After getting ready for it, I was told it had to be rescheduled because the attendees hadn't responded to the invite 30 minutes before. It got pushed back two weeks, and I wasn't sure if it would happen or if they'd be free. I eventually had the call, which was over an hour and involved a good chat about the company and what management saw as future growth areas. A week later, I got asked to provide references via a survey. After checking in by the end of the week, I was informed they chose another candidate. It was a good company to interact with, but I felt like candidates need to stay on top of things and push the process along, or they might get forgotten. The whole thing took a little over two months.

I applied online and then got a link for a self-recorded video interview. Because I was not comfortable recording myself and answering questions, I sent an email to someone in HR asking if we could do a live video interview instead. I didn't hear back, so I decided to withdraw from the process.

The interview process had multiple steps, including several phone interviews and in-person interviews. It was less about technical skills and more about personality fit. The follow-up after the interviews took longer than expected. Honestly, the process felt a bit disorganized; I sometimes wouldn't get a meeting invite until after the call was supposed to start.
