It involved several phone interviews first, then an in-person meeting with a panel of 4-5 people from the office. After that, there was a one-on-one with HR from the office. The whole process felt pretty disconnected and poorly managed because all communication had to go through HR in Colorado. The interview itself felt unnaturally awkward and complex. A single interview or a few one-on-ones would have been better. Having multiple interviewers when only one or two were really talking was unnecessary.

After submitting my resume online, I got a call from HR about two weeks later for a phone interview. Then, I spoke with the manager for about 30 minutes about my projects and the job at the Charlotte office, where they asked a few questions. Two weeks after that, I was invited for an in-person interview where I met one of the manager's colleagues in my area for a face-to-face chat, which felt easy and comfortable.
