It began with a chat with HR to make sure I was a good fit. Then, there was a behavioral interview where we talked about my resume and some general behavioral stuff. They even asked about my hobbies back in high school and university. After that, a technical interview that was pretty basic, covering OOP, coding, and testing fundamentals, plus one coding challenge. The last interview was with someone from the actual team, where we discussed the job and went over my resume again.

The interview process was alright. The person interviewing me didn't show much emotion and seemed friendly but was actually quite judgmental. They asked a lot about my hobbies and what I watch, making it seem like we were bonding, but I think they were just judging my taste.

We had a quick 15-minute phone screen where we chatted about my internship experience. Then there was an in-person interview that lasted about 1 to 1.5 hours, where we went really deep into my experience from high school all the way to my last job. After that, there was an online technical interview, about an hour long, split into two parts: first, a verbal quiz on technical topics, and second, a coding problem, like a LeetCode easy or medium. They sent the offer about a week after the technical interview; the whole hiring process was super fast.

I had an initial phone screen. Then, a virtual interview with a panel of 3 people. The third interview was in person in Winston-Salem with another panel of 3 people, one of whom was virtual. All three interviews went well. A few days later, I got an email about the final step: a technical assignment. I was sent 3 resumes, asked to pick the best candidate, and schedule a mock phone screen. I decided not to move forward. A week after that, I received the standard email saying they were moving forward with other applicants. Honestly, any company that takes this long to make a decision after meeting with 7 people isn't one I want to work for.
