We had a quick 15-minute phone screen where we chatted about my internship experience. Then there was an in-person interview that lasted about 1 to 1.5 hours, where we went really deep into my experience from high school all the way to my last job. After that, there was an online technical interview, about an hour long, split into two parts: first, a verbal quiz on technical topics, and second, a coding problem, like a LeetCode easy or medium. They sent the offer about a week after the technical interview; the whole hiring process was super fast.

Behavioral

I had a behavioural interview where they went through my resume. About two weeks later, they contacted me to set up an in-person interview in two days. They were understanding when I couldn't make it on such short notice, especially since I was in Toronto and the office is in Kitchener. During the second interview, I was locked out because I was given the wrong building. In this second interview, I was told that for my first interview, they mistakenly thought I applied for the Data Analyst position, so they were conducting this interview for the correct role. After the second interview, I gave them three references and then got a rejection email.

Behavioral Coding

The interview process was pretty standard. First, I had a chat with HR about my resume. Then, I had a technical interview with two senior software engineers where we worked through some coding problems. If you've graduated recently, they also look at your transcripts.
