I spoke with a Senior Engineer on the first day who reviewed my work history and expertise. That interview lasted 45 minutes and was pretty standard. The following day, I had a longer, hour-plus conversation with the Business Unit Manager. It was really engaging, and we covered some awesome topics. He asked a lot of detailed questions that brought back memories, covering my entire journey from high school to deciding on Electrical Engineering. I really enjoyed this interview and the company's thorough approach to understanding candidates. It seems Brock Solutions values getting to know potential hires deeply. Even if I don't get the job, I'll respect the people at Brock for their detailed hiring process. This chat with the Unit Manager was the best interview I've experienced so far. I'd recommend Brock Solutions to anyone seeking a position there, or even just to have that interview experience with the Business Unit Manager. It was like a roller-coaster of insights, and I'm sure you'll love it. They seem to employ very polished individuals.

The interview process was three steps: first, a phone call with HR. Second, an in-person interview with a controls lead. Third, an in-person interview with a talent manager.
