First there was an online coding test with MCQs and 2 coding questions, plus an SQL query. The L1 interview covered basic Java concepts, 2 coding questions, database concepts, computer networks, and some data structures questions.

So the first part was like an aptitude test and a coding challenge, which was pretty chill. After that, I had a virtual interview. They hit me with some technical stuff and behavioral questions too. Overall, it was pretty easy going, not too tough.

Worst interview process ever. The hiring manager was super unclear about everything, like what tech I'd need for the coding test, and didn't answer emails. Hiding info is dumb and makes for a bad candidate experience. The interviews were also run really badly; the interviewer was super late and admitted they barely looked at my resume. They asked weird questions, like saying specific tech doesn't matter then asking for differences between frameworks. The live coding was super easy, almost pointless. The interviewer also said they didn't even know what the role or experience level was for, which is just weird and shows they didn't care.

Really good process with lots of technical questions and good interviewers who gave good feedback. The whole thing from filling the form to getting the offer letter took 60 days and I joined the company. It started with a written test that had 30 MCQs and 2 Coding Questions (Java, C, Python). Then there was Round 1, a Technical Interview for 30 minutes with 10-15 questions covering Aptitude, SQL, Java (Theory and Practical), and Basic Communication. Round 2 was a Technical+Managerial Interview for 45 minutes, focusing on Java (Theory and Practical), Software Testing, SQL, HTML, and Basic Web questions. Finally, Round 3 was an HR Round with basic communication and Job and Career related questions. Important points: No questions were asked about Resume projects or Certificates in any round. The interview questions were based on what you say in your 'Tell me something about yourself' answer, so mention every technology, skill, and theory you know.
