Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bridgenext.
Consultant
It took me more than 3 weeks to complete the hiring process. There were 3 rounds of technical interviews. They mentioned they won't give a hike over my current package, and asked if I'd accept a package close to a fresher's salary.
- Can you tell me about your previous company and your work there?
- Would you be willing to join us for a salary that's close to what a fresher earns, considering your current package?
Senior Consultant
The interview process had 4 levels. The first two were technical rounds, then a managerial round, and finally an HR round. The interview levels were good, and they asked about Oracle Cloud and my expertise on it. They also asked about the number of projects I have performed and their business requirements.
- What is your motivation for joining Emtec?
Consultant
There were 2 rounds total: one on campus and one in the office. The final round was entirely behavioral, involving 5 one-on-one interviews with managers from various departments. The Chicago office location had a majority of white males, and the general office atmosphere felt off, with the area being largely deserted.
- Why are you interested in Emtec?
