It took me more than 3 weeks to complete the hiring process. There were 3 rounds of technical interviews. They mentioned they won't give a hike over my current package, and asked if I'd accept a package close to a fresher's salary.

The interview process had 4 levels. The first two were technical rounds, then a managerial round, and finally an HR round. The interview levels were good, and they asked about Oracle Cloud and my expertise on it. They also asked about the number of projects I have performed and their business requirements.

The Chicago office location had a majority of white males, and the general office atmosphere felt off, with the area being largely deserted.
