We had an online interview where we presented our resumes and what our expectations were for the company. We also discussed our experiences and qualifications. It was a dynamic interview because all candidates had to explain why they wanted to be at the company and what their degrees were.

Pra ser sincero, seleção é só pra inglês ver. A verdade é que sem o tal do QI (quem indica), seu currículo nem passa da triagem, não importa quão bom ele seja. Competência, experiência, dedicação? São só detalhes. O que vale mesmo é ter o "contatinho" certo. No final, o que deveria ser uma oportunidade vira só uma perda de tempo. Entrevista após entrevista, teste após teste… tudo isso para uma vaga que já tem dono desde o começo. A meritocracia virou um discurso bonito, mas na prática, o jogo é outro. E muita gente boa está ficando de fora.

They asked questions like 'Why do you want to intern at Braskem?', 'What sparked your interest in administration?', 'How do you organize yourself to handle multiple tasks simultaneously?', 'How do you handle conflicts or differences of opinion in a team?', and 'How do you deal with changes and adaptations in a work environment?'.
