After applying online, there were online activities and assessments before the first interview, which was also online. I stopped at this interview. They asked questions like 'Why do you want to intern at Braskem?', 'What sparked your interest in administration?', 'How do you organize yourself to handle multiple tasks simultaneously?', 'How do you handle conflicts or differences of opinion in a team?', and 'How do you deal with changes and adaptations in a work environment?'.

The interview was conducted through Cia de Talentos, where the recruiter asked about pre-established questions regarding your profile and project proposal, which were already known before the interview. Additionally, questions were asked about real situations where your characteristics were demonstrated, and questions like 'what was your biggest decision?'
