The hiring process was well organized and managed by a talent company. It started with a resume review. Then there was an online activity where we were emailed instructions to create a new product for Braskem aimed at improving people's lives and encouraging initiative. Two ideas from this were selected for online presentations. The next stage was an in-person group activity with managers, also in partnership with the talent company. This involved several case studies, one requiring us to choose a Braskem product and two others involving developing new ideas, all focused on diversity and inclusion. All case studies had to be structured using a PDCA diagram, with managers observing our group's development and performance. There were 3 groups of 7-8 people. Those who performed well moved on to an interview with the managers the same day. This final interview was conversational, focusing on personal background, course choices, and university experiences, making it feel very relaxed, almost like talking with peers.
