It was a pretty long process, took like 3 months from start to finish. First I talked to a training store manager, then my district manager, and then the regional manager.

It was a pretty simple interview process overall. They asked about my background, what I've done, and how I'd handle various retail scenarios. If you're ready for the interview and have a mindset for solving problems, you'll do great.

I was contacted by the leadership team by phone. The day of the interview the Store Manager/District Manager had forgot about the interview. From the questions I was asked it did not seem like they were really looking for an external candidate to fill the role. None of the questions I was asked had to do with actual skills/abilities to fill the role. It was an in person interview.

The hiring process was super fast and easy. I submitted my application online on their website and got a call the very next day. I had a quick phone interview that lasted about 10 minutes, and then they invited me for an in-person interview. The actual interview was a group session with two other people interviewing and the store manager. They mainly talked about the job, what they expect, and then we could ask questions. They mentioned they cared more about my personality, energy, and look than my qualifications. I heard back from the manager in less than 3 days after the interview, and they offered me the job.
