I interviewed with a manager who seemed pessimistic and was late to our meeting. She was really focused on my part-time, medical-related college classes instead of my extensive restaurant experience, even though I was qualified and had open availability. When I asked her what she liked about her job, she struggled to answer. She seemed to be actively discouraging me from accepting a position at Bonefish, making me wonder why I was even called in for the interview.

This was a pretty solid interview. They're definitely looking for people with serving & bartending experience for their bartender roles. The managers seemed nice and the food smelled really good. I'm looking forward to working here.
