Behavioral Other

I interviewed with a manager who seemed pessimistic and was late to our meeting. She was really focused on my part-time, medical-related college classes instead of my extensive restaurant experience, even though I was qualified and had open availability. When I asked her what she liked about her job, she struggled to answer. She seemed to be actively discouraging me from accepting a position at Bonefish, making me wonder why I was even called in for the interview.

I got to the place 10 minutes before my scheduled time and waited to see the Manager. It wasn't super stressful, but it was more formal than I thought it would be, so I wasn't really ready. The interview itself took about 15-20 minutes, not counting the time I spent waiting.
