I walked into a room and met with two managers. They asked me a bunch of questions about my past jobs and if I had tried their food before, among other things. The whole thing took about fifteen minutes, and then they offered me the job.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

After more than 6 interviews, including discussions on actual business problems, an interview with External agency team members where I was given assignments on how to structure the team, and an interview with Executive leadership, I was told I was 1 of 2 candidates being considered. Most interviewers said I would be a great addition, loved my drive and ideas and they look forward to working with me. However, the company ghosted me. They didn't even have the decency to tell me they hired the other candidate who went through fewer interviews and probably wasn't asked to do free work.

The interview process was super smooth! They asked direct questions and were really nice. They clearly explained what they expected. The team members listened well when I responded. They went over the daily tasks needed for the job and explained the processes to follow. Then they asked if I could handle the workload.

Behavioral Presentation Other

I went through an interview process for a brand manager position at their main office. It took a few weeks and I spoke with HR, the hiring manager, some other people from different teams, and finally the CMO. I mentioned I was pregnant at the beginning of the interviews. I really liked talking to everyone and felt good about the company. But then after my last interview with the CMO, I emailed the hiring manager to say I was still interested. After that…nothing. No one even called or emailed to say they’d hired someone else, or anything. I also tried reaching out to HR during this time and got no response. It’s been 5 weeks. It’s pretty surprising given how they talk about treating people like family. Seriously, how hard is it to just call or email a candidate to say you went with someone else? Coming from someone with years of experience in corporate marketing, this whole thing felt really small-time. I’d probably avoid it. (Still love their biscuits though)
