Applied online and got a call about 3 days later to confirm my interest. The phone screen asked about my availability, experience, and if I could come in the next day for a quick interview. I went in the next day and waited about 20 mins in the dining area. I had a great chat with the first GM, who was friendly. Then, I met with another manager who was more serious. This interview lasted about an hour and covered my experience, personal background, and expectations from the company. The first GM said I'd hear back via email or phone call soon. I got an offer that same night, accepted, and completed my paperwork online.
